Hospital-level Budget Impact Analysis (BIA) in the treatment of ARDS patients
An online tool was developed by UMCG to analyse the budget impact of FX06 in the treatment of ARDS. The tool provides a user-modifiable calculation of the financial consequences at a hospital level when implementing FX06 in addition to the Standard of Care (SOC). The tool is not solely applicable to FX06; it can be used for any intervention in the ARDS population.
COVend Policy Guidelines
These policy guidelines present specific recommendations aligned with existing European regulatory frameworks, addressing six critical areas: adaptive trial design, disease recognition standards, mechanism-based drug development, inter-pandemic infrastructure maintenance, cross-European data harmonisation, and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven clinical decision support.
